So, I finally sat down and watched both of the Ultimate Avenger films. First, I have to say that I am glad Marvel created The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes - because both of these films were pretty bad. I will have to sit down and reread some of the Ultimate comics I have and make sure that what I saw was actually part of some aspect of canon. I have to start with a small introduction toward the first movie because, well... it was garbage. I hated the film completely. Perhaps it's (simply) that I don't remember those string of comics; in truth, I never really liked much of The Ultimates series, which generated all kinds of alternate scenarios.
With that being said, I am going to skip forward and talk more about the second film. I am a big fan of the Black Panther storyline because of the differences made apparent by the character, the type of things he faces alone, and the concept of how Wakanda has always struggled through adversity on its own. I also figured, in my mind, with all the material including T'Challa being excellent and very well done in between the Avenger series as well as the BET Black Panther series, I figured the second film would be better; Marvel must have some type of agenda toward making the Black Panther more prominent.

I've been catching up on all kinds of comic book series with my kids. Most recently we saw all 26 episodes of "The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes" which aired on Disney XD and just recently in April completed airing.
