I remember when I was a young one and first saw The Tick. My initial response was "Ewwwwww..." (I once had seen a tick engorged on a dog's ear when I was young...very, very traumatizing for me...) But just like that tick on a dog, The Tick animated series grew on me. I look back on it and remember funny it was. Crazy, funny, child-like Tick and his trusty sidekick Arthur. I loved the crazy adventures and the fact that The Tick would get into more trouble without Arthur's help. And the temporary head trauma that would occur. Based on the comics of the same name, this Tick maybe more child friendly, but I still love it. If you are a child of the 90s like me, you will enjoy watching this old series again on DVD.
